Hi Satya,
for display one record per page in the sense you have to apply group wise page break in section expert.
in the section expert ---> Paging --> enable New page after option.
second step:
for new value display
right click on respective field and choose FORMAT FIELD ---> Common ---> enable Suppress If Duplicated
then it display old value (not multiple times) and new value in each page.
