You can include DSO between the data sources and info cube. You can have full data to DSO and then delta from there to Cube.
You should also note that you need to manage 1 additional info provider for the flow and data is going to increase on daily basis . Need to take care of Change log table maintenance as well going forward.
Activation of the full request in dso would take some time and that is only going to increase going forward as number of records would increase.
Yes your delta load from DSO to Info cube would have less records and less time. But overall time for the flow would increase as one need to take into account loading full request to DSO and then activation followed by load to info cube.
