1. If you are using a BOBF framework use query to get the plant number or use your own logic to get plant number.

2. Goto get_data method of form UIBB catch the event 'FPM_START' and assign value into parameter cs_data and make EV_FIELD_USAGE_CHANGED = 'X'.
