Hi Venkat,
Please find the below images which meets your requirement. Take a column chart and set the properties as shown in images.
1. In the General tab of Properties pane, insert 3 series by clicking on "+" button for Actual, Plan and X+1. Map the data accordingly for 3 series to 3 columns data.
2. In the appearance tab of properties pane, un-check the "Enable Horizontal Axis", "Show Major Grid lines" and "Show Minor Grid lines" options.
