Hi Ramesh,
Most transactions in SAP have shifted to OO and enjoy the aspect of BADI's in it but it is sad for SD case we still need to use the old ones.
Even myself in my current project using the same old MV45AFZZ only...... 
I hope SAP will soon change this.
