we send approvals according to sequence numbers . In this case at sequence 90 there were two approvers. One of the approvers the SAP ID was expired . So when the other approver completed the work item at sequence 90 , the approver at sequence 95 was triggered . But then the administrator changed the wrong approver at sequence 90 and added the correct person . When the correct approver approved the work item at sequence 90 , the work item at sequence 95 got deleted !! So my question is how did the work item get deleted at sequence 95 when the work item was completed at sequence 90 when the correct approver was assigned
