Hello Sastry,
When you moved material in warehouse, you confirmed the quantity(like counted, this behaviour depends on customizing). You cannot cancel a WT at EWM once it is confirmed and reverse movement won't help to fix this issue.
So, if you confirmed a WT, you need to post goods receipt and cancel material document.
