And which ever transaction we give in Action field are not getting displayed.
Have you tried pressing the match code button and search for the action to see if the text displays.
Also, the data is populated based on auth sync job for PFCG data (transaction GRAC_AUTH_SYNC)
How have you configured the connector settings. Have you also maintained "mapping actions and connector groups" where you define usage of the connector? - Path Governance, Risk and Compliance > Access Control > Maintain Mapping for Actions and Connector Groups
