Jinoy, try changing the storage type role to I and let me know if it works. That's how my KTS WC is set up. Also a question to you: Upon creation of the VAS order system create an ODO and ID.. Did you pick the ODO to bring stock to the WC? I am assuming you need to complete this step before trying to post the KIT.
