I checked the link that you suggested but it's only related to Incident Management. I have this issue in CHARM 7.1 when running in WEB UI, but not in Incident Management.
I also checked the table AGS_WORK_CUSTOM - there is no entry, maybe that's why I don't have the issue in Incident Management.
Any other idea?
