Did you use SUM?

JSPM is not possible and i can't use command

go "-config=/jspm/forceMode=true" "-config=/jspm/deployVersionRule=updateAll"

On the other hand as I understand if PI 7.4 Do I have to add to SCA this one sqljdbc4.jar ?
