Thanks for your reply..

Up gradation was done in FEB-MARCH. That time only PO+Item number incorrectly posting in Assignment field. Now we did not get any error message. This happen duration of that period only.

Please suggest on this.

When user performing the F.13 for clear these GR/IR accounts ..He did not get any message.

But he is not able to see under clear items(output control selections See image) he is able to see under can't be cleared items. Please suggest
