Re: Root cause Field in Dispute Management

The root cause is not available on the standard screen layout for creation, as it is assumed you fill in the root cause after the dispute has been resolved.

 

The root cause should show the reason of the dispute - which should be unknown at the time of creation, the reason code shows the type of dispute.

 

I dont believe it is possible by configuration alone to change the screen layout to add the root cause.
