I have a requirement, in which I have created a custom PR approval Workflow from the standard one WS20000077. My workflow is running successfully and I am able to get the approval through Portal, but the the problem is when I click on the Work Item it is opening iViews in another Browser.
Now the problem is approver should not be able to see SAP screen(not even in iViews also). He should be able to approve the PR from the Webdynpro screen only. I have created the WebDypro Application for that also, and I want to call that application in another browser by clicking the WI in the UWL Portal. To get the URL of the WD Application I have created a Method in a Class which will import the PR number and the Release Code and Export the URL for the WD application for that PR with approve and Reject Button.
I have configured the entry of the created System Alias in Portal, in the SWFVISU as in the attached file.
Now what is the next step to do.
In portal I have created this Alias, by clicking new button and the connector is WebFlow Connector for that.
Now when I am clicking on the displayed WI in Portal, it is displaying some iViews. How can I prevent this iViews to be displayed and show the WD application by passing the PR number and the Release Code.
In WD application what should i add?
Should I go with the USER DECISION STEP in my workflow ? will that work, if yes then how can call the WD application by clicking the APPROVE Button.
Please help me out with this ASAP...this will be a great help for me.
