Please make sure that below points have been considered:-

In system system object,

1. you have seleted the SAP Logon Ticket as your logon method.

2. you have created  the system alias.

3. This alias name needs to be given in your transacation iView.

4. Also, Please perform connection test for your system object to ensure all the parameters are valid.
